Plymouth Argyle secures the services of midfielder Adam Forshaw from Norwich City on a free transfer.

The 32-year-old veteran becomes Plymouth Argyle’s second permanent signing and the fifth addition this month. The length of the deal with the former Leeds, Middlesbrough, Wigan, and Brentford player has not been disclosed by Argyle.

After spending over five years at Leeds, Forshaw moved to Norwich on a free transfer last summer but had limited appearances, featuring in just six Championship matches. Forshaw initiated his career at Everton’s academy, where he collaborated with Argyle’s director of football Neil Dewsnip. With a career spanning nearly 15 years and over 300 appearances, he has contributed to two promotions to the Premier League for his teams.
