While Falvey’s tenure in Minnesota wasn’t completely immune to missteps especially during a chaotic 2025 deadline his ability to sniff out undervalued arms is elite. Working alongside Stearns, he gives the Mets a crucial second perspective on pitching talent before contracts are signed or blockbuster trades are finalized.
