Focusing on the recruiting aspect, Joe Tipton of On3 detailed which players various programs were watching. Among them, one player on the Tar Heels’ radar is particularly noteworthy.

Coaches such as Alabama’s Nate Oats, Michigan’s Dusty May, North Carolina’s Hubert Davis, Duke’s Jon Scheyer, and Georgia Tech’s Damon Stoudamire are all present at the NBPA Top-100 Camp.

UNC has shown interest in Moreno for some time and extended an offer to him on May 21. Now that the Tar Heels are actively recruiting him, Davis is seizing every chance to watch Moreno and express his interest in bringing him to Chapel Hill.

Team Rockets also features four-star combo guard Acaden Lewis, who has recently caught the Tar Heels’ attention. Although UNC has had discussions with Lewis, no official offer has been made yet, but this could change soon.

This exclusive event brings together top talent from various classes, and Davis is likely not only focusing on known prospects but also scouting for new potential fits for the Tar Heels. Expect to hear more UNC basketball recruiting news in the coming days as this trip to Disney may reveal new prospects.
