Manchester United is preparing a substantial €150 million bid for a Real Madrid superstar, while also eyeing a €60 million Arsenal target. Additionally, Tottenham has reportedly initiated contact for the potential signing of a second center-back from Serie A.

The prospective new investor for Manchester United, Sir Jim Ratcliffe, has ambitious plans to bring Real Madrid’s star player, Vinicius Junior, to Old Trafford in the upcoming summer transfer window. Ratcliffe is reportedly willing to offer a substantial sum, possibly as much as €150 million, to secure the Brazilian forward.

The British businessman is set to assume full sporting control at Old Trafford by acquiring a 25% stake in the Glazers’ shares, involving a payment of £1.3 billion to the current owners. Although Manchester United fans may hope for immediate investment in the squad during the January transfer window, Ratcliffe has indicated that the finalization of his 25% stake in the club is unlikely until “early February.”

Given this timeline, the Red Devils are expected to operate within a more restrained budget this month. The primary focus will be on offloading some of the club’s surplus players, with the possibility of adding a new striker, likely on loan. However, the cautious approach in January suggests that Manchester United supporters can anticipate a significant spending spree in the summer as Ratcliffe aims to guide the club back to the summit of English and European football.
